Terms of Service

These terms apply to website design and development services provided by Trovna. Each project also has a written quote or agreement; if anything conflicts, the project agreement applies.

Quotes and payment

• Prices on this website are starting prices. Your final price is fixed in a written quote before work starts.
• Projects start after a 50% advance payment. The remaining 50% is due before the website goes live on your domain.
• Domain registration and third-party services are billed at cost and registered in the client's name where possible.

Revisions and timelines

• Each package includes a fixed number of revision rounds. Extra changes are quoted separately.
• Timelines start once we receive the advance and the content we need (logo, photos, text).

Ownership

After full payment, you own the final website content and design created for you. We may show the project in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

Website Care plan

The yearly Website Care plan covers hosting, SSL, backups, uptime monitoring and a fixed number of small edits. It renews yearly and can be cancelled before renewal.

Liability

We take care to build reliable websites but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability of third-party services such as hosting providers. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the project.
